Fox Benefit Solutions will officially launch their new website on Friday, March 19, 2010.

The site will launch at nearly full operation capacity, as we continue to develop the proprietary based customer care system known as "Fox Hunt." Fox Hunt will serve as a secure claim investigation center which will allow all our group and individual policy holders the ability to completely investigate any outstanding or disputed claims by submitting them online to our service center.
Really quite simple and user friendly. You sign up for a personal account. Fill out the inquiry forms, upload supportive documents and submit. Our service center then investigates the claims for you and uploads status reports back to your account. No more leaving messages, getting left on hold or waiting for call backs from insurance processing centers while seeing through your claims.
